Autor

Thea Rotteveel is a creative author, entrepreneur, and coach. Growing up between the tulip fields in the Netherlands and later near the harbor of IJmuiden, next to the sea, she quickly understood that what surrounds you can tell you a lot just by being quiet. For more than twenty-five years, she has been consulting for companies and institutions, helping them to understand "their why" in order to increase their impact and be successful. In addition to forging strong, diverse teams, teaching people to embrace their strengths and find their inner voice is vital in her approach to helping companies and employees flourish. In addition to being a much sought-after consultant and interim manager, she regularly makes time for creative projects. She painted, drew, and studied at the Writers' School in Amsterdam, and produced the short film The Power in Heiloo that was broadcast on regional TV. She is a truth speaker who likes accelerating people's paths by sharing her insights and life experiences. This is what her debut, First-Choice Life, is all about: an honest reflection of her inner journey. Written in a playful way, she shines her light on our growing pains. She lives with her partner and plants in Bergen, the Netherlands, and enjoys hiking through the forest and along the beaches.
