Dr. Sergio M. Montolio was born in the Dominican Republic and raised in the South Bronx. >Dr. Montolio earned a bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice and a master's degree in public administration & Inspectors General from John Jay College of Criminal Justice as well as a Doctorate in Philosophy - "Public policy and Administration" from Walden University. Dr. Montolio has also obtained many states certifications in Leadership, and Executive Leadership. Dr. Montolio has been honored and inducted in the International Honor Society for Public Affairs and Administration (PI ALPHA ALPHA) as well as in the National Society of Leadership and success (SIGMA ALPHA PI). Dr. Montolio was honored and given citations from the NYC Council, NYS Assembly, Morrisania Revitalization Corporation (MRC), NYC Growing Providers (Brooklyn Library), New York City Police Department (NYCPD) and the United States Secret Service for his dedication to his community.
