Red flags like gaslighting, love-bombing, and controlling behaviours can be difficult to identify in your own personal life. Whether you are in a relationship with someone with a diagnosed narcissistic personality disorder or not - the label (or diagnosis) does not matter. What matters is that you are able to seek support to help you make a more informed decision about your safety.
