Some of the key beneficiaries of this study include insurance companies in that they will use this information to modify their products to the unique needs of the Micro Businesses and achieve competitiveness, Regulators in that they will have access to valuable information that can help them effectively strategize in increasing financial inclusion in the informal sector and Subsequent researchers in that they can use this study as a guide and build on further knowledge in similar areas of research. With the Covid-19 pandemic affecting all sectors of the economy, the timing of this study will prove to be of fundamental significance to the collective stakeholders, especially those falling within the informal sector.
