Keith Butterick is an award¿winning former business journalist. He is the author of two books, Introducing Public Relations: Theory and Practice by SAGE and Complacency and Collusion: A Critical Introduction to Finance and Business Journalism. A consultant on engagement and participation, he advises companies and organisations on effective participation strategies.
