While developing a commitment to the profession of social work, students are encouraged to develop a practice style reflective of their personal strengths and interests. The study builds on existing knowledge on fieldwork, including but not limited to the fieldwork curriculum, the management of fieldwork and the needs and challenges faced by students, agency supervisors and training institutions.
