In the midst of all turmoil, I find comfort from Psalm 147:3: "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." As I pour my heart out to God, Psalm 46:1 reminds me that he is my refuge and my strength, an ever-present help in trouble. Believing in these truths has helped me forge my way through a very long and painful journey. I can honestly say that faith really can move mountains. Truly I say to you, "If you have faith as small as a mustard seed, you can say to this mountain, 'move from here to there,' and it will move. Nothing will be impossible for you." (Matthew 17:20-21)
