At one point in time there was a connection to Broad-Ridge Spur trains from the southbound platform of the Broad Street Mian Line, that entrance can be seen at platform level heading south toward the end the platform, it is a seal off entrance painted black . Travelers wishing to switch between the Broad-Ridge Spur and the southbound BSL, or to switch to or from the BSL Express line, should connect at Girard.
