However, this research's results have also found an inverse relationship is associated between the university ranking and the remuneration of Vice Chancellor. The overall findings of this research have constructed that the remuneration of Vice Chancellor is primarily depend on the personal traits for example education, experience and achievements rather than other institutional factors.
