We view the future web as combination of text documents as well as Semantic markup. Semantic Web(SW) uses Semantic Web documents (SWD's) that must be combined with Web based Indexing. Current IRtechniques are not so intelligent that they are able to produce Semantic relations between documents. Extractinginformation manually with the help of XML and string matching techniques like Rabin Karp matcher has not provensuccessful.
