Three tubular ceramic water filters were fabricated by the slip-casting method. The raw materials and the fired ceramic membranes were characterized. The performance of the fabricated filters was evaluated by determining turbidity, total coliform, COD, and BOD removal from tap water and El-Salam sluiceway water, and also separation percentages of Humic acid and oil particles from wastewater.
