Jeff Benjamin is the COO of Vetri Cucina, recognized as one of America's top Italian restaurants. Additionally, he serves as CEO and member of the board of directors of Federal Donuts & Chicken, a fast-growing quick-serve restaurant based in Philadelphia. He and business partner, Marc Vetri, are also the founders and board members of their nonprofit, Vetri Community Partnership, committed to providing nutrition education through cooking. Jeff is the author of "Front of the House: Restaurant Manners, Misbehaviors, & Secrets." He lives in Philadelphia with his wife and two daughters, and Golden Doodle, Wrigley.
