The 1st thing that was done is the Immuno Histo Chemistry IHC for prostate cancer cases for detect the presence of our Target gene ELK1 in the normal prostate cancer cells, that showed there is a presence of the ELK1 in prostate cancer case. Then we starter with working on the test that detect cell line activity in Vitro, the 1st was the WH assay (Wound Healing Assay) that show there is an very strong effect of the ELK1 gene on the wound healing process.
