What is behind the poor quality and low efficiency and effectiveness of professional training conducted in companies? Billions of dollars are spent annually on functional training by companies around the world. According to the authors, part of this waste of money is due to the lack of didactic preparation of the instructors. These professionals reproduce the deficiencies of the educational model with which they were trained by their teachers and transport it to the corporate training rooms.
