It is unlikely to access research work that shows experiences of conflict induced displaced persons 20 years after their displacement that this book revealed. It is also seldom to find phenomenological research approach being applied to displacement studies. Using hermeneutic phenomenology, the book revealed several facts about conflict induced displacements that help researchers, policy makers and analysts, educators, learners, donors and practitioners including social workers while dealing with such issues.
