We are often confronted with the fact that many young people describe IKP as a 'scary subject' and experience it as a cause of considerable psychological distress. On the one hand, it is important to ensure that they feel comfortable in class, but on the other hand, it is also essential to take care of one's own health in order to develop resilience.
