Stephanie Malo is the author of the Stopping to Smell the Flowers series. Writing brings her so much joy that she gets this delicious sense of being lost in time (or is it time standing still?) while being immersed in the process. She is also the founder of A Healing and Resource Centre, where she runs a meditation circle and offers Therapeutic Touch sessions which is a modern holistic, evidence-based therapy that incorporates the intentional and compassionate use of universal energy to promote balance and well-being. Stephanie lives near London, Ontario with her husband and two children. She loves to be in nature, either in the forest, gardening or simply noticing the aliveness of her surroundings wherever she is.
