Based on different techniques and strategies for data collection, within these, the predominant one was the survey, which was applied by telephone and personally, which included multiple choice questions, which was applied to the producers of the twelve municipalities that depend on the district. For the present investigation, bibliographic sources were used referring to the topics of administration, project evolution, agribusiness and others related to the research topic. Among the outstanding results was that the producers recognize their needs for support to arrive in time and form, since sometimes the economic importance is not in accordance with their needs for rainfed crops, which due to the climatic and territorial situations are the usual in the district. Greater promotion of the programs managed by the DDR is one of the main recommendations mentioned by the farmers.
