Better management is recommended as part of prenatal follow-up (iron supplementation, immunohematological tests, in particular RAI, etc.).- Larger studies over longer periods and including both the public and private sectors would be desirable to better assess transfusion practices in the region.- The role of programmed autologous transfusion in obstetrical transfusion practice, which is one of the elements of transfusion safety.
