There are many products of green tea in Bangladesh market are available. Here I have taken kazi & kazi green tea and performed various tests like, antidiabetic, TG,TC, HDL, LDL, and so on in mice model. In this present study we assessed the effect of our kazi & kazi green tea on diabetes and lipid profiles of mice, and compared the values with the standard drug metformin. When the standard matformin reduced the blood glucose level 72.90.%, our sample reduced glucose level up to 69.67%, which is near the standard value. When the standard matformin reduced the plasma TG level 36.58% compared with the positive control, our sample reduced the plasma TG level up to 20.35%. Similarly, standard matformin reduced the plasma TC level; and LDL-C levels up to 38.88%; and 50.62% and the sample kazi & kazi green tea reduced the plasma TC level; and LDL-C levels up to 25.92%; and 30.87% and elevated plasma HDL-C level.
