In this research, the evaluation of the in-service teacher training system involved the evaluation of two modalities: techno-pedagogical and didactic. In order to collect information, two tools were used: first, an online questionnaire was administered to teachers participating in an online in-service training, and second, an ergonomic evaluation grid was adopted in accordance with the model of Bastien & Scapin (1997).
