Autor

C¿t¿lin-Gabriel St¿nescu is an Associate Professor in Private International Law at the University of Southern Denmark. His research focuses on consumer financial protection, informal debt collection, financial regulation, and digital law. In 2023, he was appointed Senior Research Fellow at the Centre for Banking and Finance Law at the National University of Singapore (2024). Dr St¿nescu has been a visiting researcher at several renowned institutions including the Max Planck Institute for Private International and Comparative Law, the European University Institute, and the Centre for Commercial Law Studies at Queen Mary University of London.
