Sometimes these guidelines are different for different companies, in this study we also draw lines between why employees behave the way they do within the organization even if these spoken and unspoken rules are in place and why some organizations do what they do within the environment they operate in.In business, there are many different people you have to answer to: customers, shareholders, clients and other stakeholders with the prevention of conflicts of interest, the only way of treating each group accordingly and not put your business in risk is to act ethically in all activities and dealings.
