Spearheaded by the Bank's Senior Management, this program covers all compartments of the Institution's operations, ranging from governance to banking risk management policies, archiving policy and procedure, etc.Aware of the role that archives play in the performance and smooth day-to-day running of a business, a major archiving project and the implementation of an archiving policy and procedures are underway. The aim of this project is to optimize the Bank's services and to manage the mass of documents produced or received in the course of its activities.
