Whether a novice teacher, postgraduate student, researcher or teacher educator, this book provides inspiration and sound pedagogical examples on CALL integration. The book traces the history of CALL from its earliest behavioural iterations through to contemporary GenAI applications and covers technologies such as MOOCs, Augmented Realities and Digital Games Based Language Learning. Challenges such as technological access, pedagogical design maturity, and teacher training are critically addressed, alongside emerging intersections with GenAI.
