Ciarán McFadden is a Senior Lecturer in Organisational Behaviour and Human Resource Management at the University of Stirling, UK. His interdisciplinary research explores the workplace and career experiences of LGBTQ+ and neurodiverse employees, labour market discrimination and identity in organisations and has been published in numerous peer-reviewed journals as well as several books. A member of the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Panel for the Fulbright Commission in Ireland, he is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Academy of Human Resource Development, a Fellow of the Global Labor Organization and a Visiting Lecturer at Jain University, India.
