The key issues identified include: It is recommended that a single corporate 'think tank' that combine the talents, experience and foresight of all the parties to give overall vision, planning and direction to the processes of modern engineering education and professional development, community, government, industry, professional institutions and educators. The engineering professional development and training process of engineers needs to be thoroughly reviewed with industry and graduated students to develop the formation of skills and attributes pertinent to a dynamic engineering market place.
