The case study, through a qualitative interpretivist approach, attempts to understand how teams transform entrepreneurial experience into specific knowledge. In the medium-sized company studied, due to its high level of structuring, entrepreneurial learning is supported by middle management and is part of a culture that facilitates flexibility and responsiveness. The results, however, highlight a weak formalization of learning that limits the firm's entrepreneurial capacities.
