The purpose of this research was to study the influence of characteristic elements on the performance of activities in the entrepreneurial man in the Central Cameroon region. During this study, it was interesting to see in turn to what extent and to what extent cultural values influence overall performance, motivation influences overall performance, entrepreneurial attitudes influence overall performance and finally how coaching influences overall performance. And finally, how coaching also influences overall performance. This study highlighted the profile of the entrepreneur in the Central Cameroon region: he is an individualist, in his entrepreneurial process he resorts to tontines to finance and manage his activities, and his entrepreneurial vision extends over the short term. He generally starts a business when he perceives business opportunities that present themselves to him. The entrepreneurial preponderance generally tends towards opportunity entrepreneurship, an entrepreneurship that is not supported due to ignorance and difficult access conditions to this support.
