My art and meditation give me a natural way to raise myself from the depths of depression unlike any pharmaceutical. I wrote this book to raise awareness and provide resources for others to heal and break the cycle of emotional abuse which is often passed on through family legacy. This book is rich with stories of artists who use their creativity as an outlet for healing. They will help you learn you are not alone.
