This study was carried out to investigate the most important factors affecting the Biofert production such as temperature, agitation speed and aeration rate to obtain the proper factors for optimum production of the nutrient solution (Bio-fertilizer). Two different systems of aeration were studied. After obtaining the proper nutrient solution for production, field experiment was conducted to study the effect of the properties of different of nutrients solution on the yield and yield parameters of tomato plants. Biogas production under different conditions was also determined.
