Karol Kaczorowski (PhD) is Associate Professor at CASPAR and at the Department of International Relations at the Krakow University of Economics, Poland. Hayal Hanölu (PhD) is postdoctoral research fellow at CASPAR at the Krakow University of Economics, Poland.
