My name is Jessie Ace and I am an expert on living with Multiple Sclerosis. After my diagnosis, aged just 22-years-old, I was told to go home and find out about this condition for myself in my own time. I found every negative story and became very depressed. I spent years learning how to manage my symptoms, struggling with my memory, and trying (and failing) to be believed by doctors. I couldn't remember when my symptoms started or the severity level of each symptom and I certainly couldn't remember if I took any medication for it. In most appointments, we find ourselves being quizzed on our entire medical history, despite our notes being right in front of the medical professional. Thing is they often don't get the time to fully read the notes. This symptom tracker also contains 'medical quick notes' so you have the correct information at the drop of a hat. If you're your own advocate, not afraid to push the limits of your condition and believe your life shouldn't be governed by symptoms then you're an ENabled Warrior too.
