Self-defense training actually reveals how the traditional sexist ideas find their way into the functioning of the body itself. Women Self-defense is for enabling women to internalize a different kind of bodily knowledge or reprogramming regimen of body. Women Self-defense is a set of awareness, confidence-building, verbal confrontation skills, safety strategies, and physical techniques that enable girls and women to successfully escape, resist, and survive violent attacks.
