I most sincerely thank my late mother Targok Kipkelwon for her parental love even the absence of my late dad, upbringing, taking me to school and teaching his children high moral values but not through the cane but obedience and integrity. She was the best Woman Manager I came across. She lived a life of high integrity, advocated for human rights, a darling of little children who knew she never traveled without a sweet or fruit in her bag. Thank my DRC men colleagues who thrilled me for not missing duty despite hurt by their women after leaving work late at night! Hence this research born!
