Estella Chavous, PhD is an experienced educator, communicator, global marketer, and wellbeing consultant. She is currently a global communications lead for AVEVA based in the Netherlands, an Adjunct Professor at Brandman University, an Inside Timer Meditation Trainer, Speaker, and Published author.Estella has significant professional experience in education, sales, and marketing, working in strategic leadership positions for Fortune 500 companies, including Abbott, Amgen, and Bristol Myers-Squibb. She has built and led effective teams throughout her career, designed and implemented successful strategies, and developed and managed diverse programs enabling the transformational process. As the co-founder of Strategic-Ladies, Dr. Estella provides personal, family, and corporate training. In addition, she consults in all aspects of wellbeing, with a particular focus on mindful meditation and contemplative prayer. Estella is the creator of the Christ-filled assessment booklet and co-author of an Amazon best-selling book, Let Meditation Mend You. She is also a co-host for the Mindful Media Show, co-founder of Edge God. In addition, she is a course developer, writing a host of courses on various empowering topics used in her practice.
