With over 20 years of studying Transformational Leadership and self-empowerment and 30+ years of business experience spanning corporate roles and entrepreneurship, Ana Barreto is a Brazilian-American author, teacher, coach, entrepreneur, and founder of the Body, Mind & Wisdom School for Women, where she aims to help and support women on their journey to self-empowerment.Though holding Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Business, Ana was drawn to psychology, women's history, spirituality, and Eastern wisdom. While balancing work, family, and education, she voraciously studied these topics along with leadership, well-being, and unlocking human potential.In addition to publishing six books on personal growth topics for women, Ana's calling as a guide is to champion the unlimited potential of her readers and students. Having learned what she now writes and teaches, she embodies compassion for the unique pressures and limiting self-perception women face as they take on increased responsibilities and leadership roles. She has guided many teams and individuals in the corporate and personal sphere to boldly develop their talents while overcoming fear, imposter syndrome, or avoidance behaviors that can sabotage success.
