This book describes the in-vitro study of new ACLR surgery technique developed by Dr Chris Vertullo (Pandora Hospital, Gold Coast, Australia). In this research the elution pattern of antibiotic released from tendon (previously soaked in cotton guaze in antibiotic solution) is studied. By using validated HPLC and Fluorometeric-Derivitisation Assay, the elution rate & extent of Vancomycin, Cephazolin and Gentamycin are described in this book. It is a very unique research, and very fewer papers have been published on this topic. This research has high potential for growth in near future.

Tarang Bhatt has completed Master of Medical Research (Pharmacology & Toxicology) from Griffith University Australia. Along with this he also holds a Bachelor of Pharmaceutical Sciences and a Bachelor of Pharmacy. Research is his life style of choice and he is involved in research which has a potential to lead medical sciences to unexplored paths.
