After suffering from acne for 18 years, the year 2000 was a turning point for Leigh as he found the teachers and knowledge he needed to cure his acne. Since then, he has been passionate about learning more and turning the learning into wisdom through experience in what is now almost 30 years of working with clients. Leigh always sought the 'best of the best' to learn from and is as passionate about his work and gaining knowledge now as he was in 1996 when his career in health, wellness and performance started.Leigh has studied many different disciplines, including holistic dermatology, nutrition, functional medicine, corrective exercise, strength and conditioning, tennis conditioning, energy medicine, BioGeometry and manual therapy, to name a few. This has given him the ability to provide a truly holistic approach when helping his clients over the years, which they have often times found effective when other approaches haven't helped.Leigh has formally studied with some of the world's greatest minds, such as Paul Chek, Bill Wolcott, Dr John Veltheim (RIP), Dr Michael Leahy, and Dr Dietrich Klinghardt. As well as being passionate about helping clients, he has been a member of the faculty of the world-renowned CHEK Institute, working alongside CHEK Institute founder Paul Chek since 2010, teaching and presenting in Europe, the USA and Australia. Leigh has also authored Anatomy of Strength for Fitness Training in Speed for Sport, Anatomy of Yoga for Posture & Health, Anatomy of Sports Injuries for Training & Rehabilitation and The Tennis Biomechanics Manual. Leigh also provides online coaching and education programmes, such as HEAL THEM Education for health professionals (www.healthemeducation.com) and the Eliminate Adult Acne online coaching programme for acne sufferers (www.eliminateadultacne.com).In 2022, Leigh started The Radical Health Rebel Podcast (www.radicalhealthrebel.com), which includes weekly discussions and interviews on all things health and wellness, with a focus on skin health, gut health, chronic pain and more, for health enthusiasts and those seeking to overcome specific health challenges. Outside of work, Leigh has a passion for music, especially dance music and lifting weights at the gym. He loves to get out on the tennis court at least once a week, as well as going into nature for long walks near his home in Hertfordshire, England.
