This publication is the second of three volumes whose purpose is to accompany and support IPAL seminars, in addition to providing, independently, a broader access to the principles that academic leaders need for curricular and institutional development. Each chapter shares the author's experience and illustrates their understanding of education and curriculum design in the field of evangelical academic institutions. This volume, which intentionally takes the wide variety of non-Western contexts for granted, is a vitally valuable guide for academic administrators around the world.
