The results confirmed the hypothesis one by saying that there is relationship between knowledge sharing and productivity because R² was 0. 661; hypothesis two saying that there is relationship between team cohesiveness and quality of work was confirmed because R² was 0.770; hypothesis three saying that there is relationship between team trust and effectiveness was confirmed because R² was 0.644 and hypothesis four saying that there is relationship between team spirit and synergy was confirmed because R² was 0.294. Based upon the findings of this research, it shows that truly teamwork has an impact on employee performance.
