The present work aims to provide diagnostic elements of the effect of internal factors on the germinative capacity of seeds, in order to improve the local production of vegetable seeds, to make the supply of urban consumers more in line with their needs. A pot culture was carried out for the germination test. It was revealed that the seeds harvested in a state of natural spread gave a high germination percentage. At the flower head level, the best percentages were obtained from the basal to the median part and almost zero towards the top.
