The book critically examines the extend to which poor policy implementation has affected the provision of housing in Khayelitsha with focus on the respective stakeholders. The stakeholders in question include housing services beneficiaries, councilors, community based organizations, financial institutions and the department of housing, all of whom are expected to play a vital role regarding housing delivery according to government policies.
