The mean post stress scores of students will be significantly lower than the pre-test stress scores by paired t-test at 0.01. There will be significant association between the post-test levels of stress among nursing students with their selected demographic variables by chi-square test (x2) at 0.01 level of significance A quasi study was conducted and first year BSc nursing students studying in a college were selected as sample. The sample size was 60 and Non-purposive sampling technique was used perceived stress scale was used to assess levels of stress before and after administration of calisthenics consistency of tool was tested by Bach¿s alpha1-36 for low stress 37-72 for moderate stress 73-108 for high levels of stress respectively. According to the World's Health Organisation sickness caused by stress by 2020 will rank among top causes of disability. Today's students' academic achievement and mental wellness are usually negatively impacted by the intense environment that characterises nursing schools.
