Measurements or evaluations of citizen insecurity (official statistics, victimisation surveys) provide a measure of the problem. The evaluation of social effectiveness and efficiency in achieving citizen security provides a measure of social capacities and needs to address the problem. This book proposes models to achieve this evaluation.
