The study focuses not only on the different activities and the challenges encountered by both foreign missionaries and indigenous Christian leaders but it also encompasses the expectations and the impact from the different ministries involved within. These include the critical issues between the local Christian leaders and foreign missionaries. Moreover, providing practical strategies for the effectiveness of partnership and establishing an active facility center for the missionaries to sustain their physical and material needs would stand a very good support for them while we allow God's provision to flow, the partnership will just go on in greater horizons. As for the local Christian leaders, the need to practice and acknowledge that godly character and godly wisdom overrules all principles and influences on earth and that the partnership goes forward to fruition.
