In order to find alternatives that allow coffee growers to produce quality seedlings, more vigorous and with a strong and well-formed root system, morphometric and quality variables were evaluated in coffee seedlings. Two study factors were evaluated, factor A (Biofertilizers) based on Trichoderma ssp, mycorrhizae and plant growth promoting bacteria, factor B (Biochar dosage) of 10, 20 and 30 g kg-1 of substrate and control treatments (Mixture of the three biofertilizers - biochar, mixture of the three biofertilizers + 20 g of biochar kg-1 of substrate, a chemical control with compound fertilizer and a control control). The best results were shown in the treatment of the mixture of the three biofertilizers with biochar, in the variables of: root mass length with 37.23 cm, root dry weight with 2.46 g, in terms of relative growth rate and net assimilation rate.
