The objective of the work is to propose a procedure that contributes to the development of actions of preparation of cadres and reserves related to the economic preparation of the same ones, based on a practical approach in function of the solution of problems in the economic context of the entity, sustained in the necessities of change and in the demands that the strategic design of the organization demands, being helped in its validation and practical materialization in the application of diverse forms of preparation, that respond to the objective that is tried, those that are framed in the approaches of preparation and overcoming of cadres and reserves.
