They sent an employee to find Moe, who had wandered through the site with his memories, but he could not locate Moe. A search begins, involving police and a helicopter. The crisis ended after Moe spent a cold night huddled in his favorite spot on the hill above the site of the long-disappeared town. The book is a letter to Don's family and those who lived in High Falls. Other readers may find it enjoyable.
