This visa also allows overseas companies to expand their businesses to the United States by permitting the overseas company to transfer Executives and Managers with an intimate knowledge of the company's operations to help with the start-up of the company. This Visa is much better than the EB-5 Investment Visa as it requires MUCH less money to invest. Additionally, it allows a full Green Card to be issued, not just a conditional Green Card. Finally, there are no backlogs for this preference of petition. Do you currently have your own business in your home country? Do you want to open a business in the United States?
